Really Need some Help with the Internet Globe Link......
 

I downloaded Groove4 ROM. Installed from the storage card. All works great. Opera does not come with the ROM. My question is how do I link the Globe for the interent launch and the browser button in the bottom right to the Opera I have installed?

I have searched XDA, PDAPHONEHOME and Here for the last 4 days. I really need your help.

It's probably the version of Opera you are using. Whenever I have installed Opera, the internet Globe tab has always worked. You can go here to find many different Opera cabs to install. I have been using 15954 and have not had any problems with the browser button or globe not working, so you could give that one a try. I've also installed it to the main memory, though I don't know if it would make any difference.

Thank You for the quick response mwalt2. The prob I found is in groove4's ROM. He did not add opera to the ROM so you can add you own. The issue I have is there is not "Link" from the globe to opera. I have looked all over for the manilla and how to edit the manilla so when i touch the globe it opens the browser. And there is no link to the browser button as well. Any thoughts?

I've used Groove's ROM and know what you are talking about. I've installed v15954 on Groove's ROM and the 'globe link' works fine. Hopefully you've already got it working, but maybe it'll help to try a different version.

15954 is probably the best version of Opera I've tried to date!!!!
