well the theme comes in a cab....just put the cab in your device, perferably in your internal memory and select the cab from your device. If your not sure what a cab is...its a self extracting file....just make sure when it asks where to install at you select device.

*edit: I just read the above post about the zip files...im assuming your the same person asking the same questions at SPJ.....the answers for that is there.

Thanks for enjoying our rom....we were currently in the making of a new rom with 6.5 3 different one,one with titanium, one with TF3d2 with alot of fixes V1E, and another clean one w/o any type of UI for those hardcore flashers, but things came up in our lives especially me living in NYC is very difficult to get time off from work and for taylor he has some personal issues going on...but I cam currently doing a silent beta for myself to see how things are going....OF COURSE I USE PPCKITCHEN lmaoo

Here's Just an example of how great the battery power is in our roms..... I was currently testing a new version of fast charge from no2chem. Basically if your power is already above 70% the fast charge does not take effect due to safety for the battery. I had unplugged my phone at 8am this morning when i left the house to run errands. Talked on the phone for a while, texted a bunch, jump on mobile to hit spj up and see if any of you guys needed support, basically i did moderate use throughout the day....back to first part, so sitting here at 1:30am well over 15 hours and I had 73% power left, I needed to test and see if the new version of fast charge took in 900mAh+.....so i needed to drain the battery.....i turned on wifi, bluetooth(connected to headset),turned on data, opened opera and minimized it, and then went to youtube and started watching snowboarding vids, i watched probably 8 or 9 vids at at least 4 min each.....figured it had drained enough just to test. So i diconnected data, bluetooth wifi, ect. after all of that at least 30 min on youtube, my battery only drained 3%!.....no joke, its real people. Dont be fooled by impersonators of a "great rom for battery".....call me a F#ckin liar and ill slap you accross the face lmaooo.....sorry for the story but i thought it was an appropriate story to inform you....fEEL FREE TO SHARE YOUR BATTERY LIFE EXPERIENCES!!!!

So I was very curious and somewhat excited, albeit skeptical of the battery claims of this rom. I messaged TaylorSPJ and asked if he could detail the changes he made to get such results but he declined to divulge the secret and instead directed me to use his rom. So I benchmarked using Battery Monitor using my rom first and then his. The results are as follows:

JonRom 1.9:
standby: 13mA
idle screen bright: 75mA
idle dimmed 57mA
during call: 374-440mA

ATR TF3d2 V2:
standby: 13mA
idle screen bright: 84mA
idle dimmed: 57mA
during call: 341-440mA

As you can see, results are almost identical. TaylorSPJ, let me know if there's something I need to do to enable your battery saving hacks. I flashed your rom as directed and these are the results I got. Unless I hear otherwise, I conclude that there's nothing in this rom with regard to battery life that hasn't already been implemented in mine and other roms.

edit: I'm trying real world testing by running tethered through bluetooth, making calls, etc. So far the battery indicator has stayed at 90%. I can't tell yet whether it's just not updating quickly or if it's really going down that slowly. Will post further results later.

edit2: Unfortunately, it looks like for one, the battery indictator is set to 10% increments, and for two, it is set to a very infrequent poll rate. The indicator finally went down to 80% after about 20 minutes, but then I soft reset and it went down to 60% immediately. This is after only about 45 minutes of heavy use (from 100% to 60%).

edit3: Now down to 20% after 15 more minutes of heavy use. Again, it stayed at 60% until I restarted.
