Just installed 1.5 and, for the most part, it is really, really good.

But, is anyone noticing that, after a soft reset, the UI is slugglish for about 30-40 seconds? After that period of time, it seems to speed up. It almost seems that something is going on in the background and, once it is done, everything is back to normal.

Thoughts?

I have noticed this as well. I always thought it was just due to the device starting up, but i never knew for sure. Interesting

still can't get the clock settings to stick. i tried both methods. oh well, cant wait till there is a permanent solution. will just change it manually for now. thought method one worked but about 5 minutes after soft reset, it changed again.

Hi all,

Another issue I am noticing (very minor) is that sometimes when making a call the default image does not pop up in the up left hand corner of the screen. Default image - I mean the HTC image for male/female callers. On mine, for some calls, all you see is an empty square. it looks a little weird without the default image. Anyone else experiencing this?

I believe it has to do with the manila. they are working on porting the topaz dailer over to VGA which should fix that problem. Not a ROM bug though.

Hey guys, this is the first rhodium versioned rom I have tried. I think I noticed there was a cab out there to disable the world clock, which may help with time setting issues. Does anyone have this cab?
