PCS Vision Sprint
 

Hey guys had a sprint diamond, got a lil scratched up so i bought another one and did an ESN swap on the sprint website. Flashed to Groverom 4, however now when i go to weather and any Power Vision service i keep gettin an error that says

Error Code: 67
Error Code 67 Regristration faulure. Your PCS Vision username and/or password may be incorrect. Please try again.

I believe i got this error when doing an ESN swap be4..however its been about two days now...before i used to click on i believe udate PRL or soemthin like that and it worked. Any ideas/suggestions? Should be a simple quick fix...just forget what to do.

when you did the swap?
somtime you have to wait a couples of hour to the service to kick in....

it has happen to me b4 switching phones on their website (sprint)

Try to go to Update Profile under Settings-->System. Im not sure if this exists in Grooverom 4 but give it a try...
What this does is attempt to update your Data Profile which is also your user information and so on.

If the ROM doesnt contain this option then you will have to call Sprint to have them walk you through entering your username and so on. Which would involve using the ##codes.

ahhh thats where that is...heyy thanks reprod.....i knew that update thing was somewhere thought it wasn't included...im gonna try it now..i think its gonna work tho.

No problem. Hopefully it works out for you. I cant see myself with a Diamond or Touch Pro and no data...

this just happened to my phone; i called sprint and they gave me an unlock code to enter in but the code registered as invalid -- is it possible that flashing a rom changed my unlock code?

Yes that happend to me! Flash the stock sprint rom of the HTC website and then run update profile, worked for me!
