Custom_RUU

Hey guys i just tried cooking my own rom with calcuklins kitchen and when i got to the RUU...i just got an error message saying "ROMupdateUtility has stopped working". I'm using windows vista x64. I thought it was maybe a problem with my copy of his kitchen. So i downloaded grooveROM 4 and was gonna try loading that one up. No luck. Same problem. I tried using another copy of Custom_RUU and i got better luck, however an error came up that said "rapitool Application has stopped working"

Anyone ever experience this before? Got any ideas or anything to try?

Are you saying the PDA Phone ROM Update Utility is not working? Or a process in the cooking process is not working?

I am using x64 Windows Vista and I do not have any issues what so ever.

its the PDA Phone ROM Update Utility thats not working for me. It cooks it fine. creates a .nbh file with no problem.

Have you tried to drop your .nbh in with another rom updater?

I have no issues with mine out of Caclu's kitchen and x64 Vista.

I am attaching one of my updaters I use for flashing.

Just drop your .nbh in here.

Rename the parent folder to a much shorter file name. Then open it up and run the RUU. Many of us have had this issue.
