PPCGeeks - [Final] grooveROM 5 - CE OS 5.2.23016 (Build 23016.5.3.0)

With grooverom5, when using the HTC dialer do you still lose the wm6.5 lock screen functionality? I know there were some issues with this in the past. Also, does the picture panel on the today screen launch the htc album when pressed?

the htc dialer still has issues with 6.5 lock screen. Groove mentions this on the first page. the 6.5 dialer works flawlessly, just not as nice looking. the htc album does load on the panel.

for some reason, i cannot install the diamond 2 keyboards. the rom either hangs, or does not load titanium. Ive flash stock and tried again, but no dice.

some have suggested flashing shipped, backing up your internal storage files(pictures, cab files, videos, etc), text messages using PIM Backup or msmyphone, then clear storage and format internal storage as well. not sure if this will help but it may.

Thats my problem though i flashed shipped and still doing it the phone will not boot a second time after the customization reboot.

did you do this?

Close SIPGT_app.exe with task manager before installing another keyboard, then you can use sipchange to pick your default sip. if you need the correct task manager and sipchange, let me know.

sorry, I know you flashed shipped but did you format internal storage as well?

that sucks man. well I hope it works. I wonder if it would have anything to do with you being on verizon now. probably not but just wondering. Plus when you flash a shipped sprint rom do you lose all of your verizon settings? that would be a pain.

yeah unforunatly i lose everything i copied all my radio settings with qpst so hopefully that makes it easier.
