Higher memory usage could indicate more processes running, and those processes could be eating battery.

same issues here, just flashed last night and already battery draining issues and random reboots every couple hours. moving back to mighty mike's until a new juicy is out...

sorry don't buy it.... do some research... all the memory is being used all the time otherwise it would not be available... the reason you want it low is to keep things running smooth and without hangups... IE if you are using 95% of your program memory and you open opera, it will hang seeing opera uses 6-10%... so the device would have to get rid of some processes to run opera hence phone lag and device would freeze up....

battery life wouldn't be affected still unless there is a program that is open that is polling at high intervals or using data

Anyone know if JMZ is working on fixes or a new ROM? He hasn't posted up in a few day's. I rolled back to 4.5.5 but it has a few bugs also. Just trying to decide if I should wait around for the next ROM or maybe try another one out?

Yeah my diamond decided to take a swim from 100ft into the ocean. Someone offered me a pro for $150 so I couldn't pass it up. I will continue to host the current roms. As for the future, I am talking to Juicy about how this should go. It has been fun. Off to the TP forum.:headbang:

my condolences for your loss. I think we diamond users are destined to forever lose great cookers to the Pro, one way or another...

If I had anything other than my meager knowledge of cooking, I'd certainly help pick up the slack...
