I installed, soft reset..nothing. Sorry to say. Couldn't find the keyboard anywhere on my phone. It did show up on my installed programs list and uninstalled just fine however. Thanks for giving it a shot though.

The cab is missing the following files:

ezinput.dll
ezinput.dll.0409.mui
HTCSipSrvc.dll

Now this looks like it goes great with the Alienware theme I'm running. I'll download this once everything is on here.
