kitchen is great. i used it to make my first rom. i got questions.. but don't want to bombard you. ha

do you have oem's for Added Savage No Arrows Rhodium EzInput 4.5 Phone Keypad
and the transparent sprint clock?

i created OEM's for the sprint clock, but when the phone booted up the clock was flip style and just all white.. cab install of the clock fixed it. i'm thinking there are some manila files in the sys i need to delete before building the rom?

and with the phone keypad i used the OEM from savage25's post, but the keypad you have in the sys is the only to show.
i'd appreciate any help. thank you again!

Ok, new to making roms.... I ran the kitchen and it launched BuildOs, I selected option #1.

What are the differences with Options 1, 2, and 3?

Also, I did not see an option to not select Titanium in BuildOs, is it possible in this kitchen?

I do not use Titanium and figure it can save some space.

Thanks.

Option one is building a regular ROM, option 2 protects the ROM so it is harder for someone to deconstruct it, and option 3 is a different kitchen that you can add your own packages to, I don't really use it though, the only thing I use option 3 for is to change the build date.

Titanium is in the sys I believe is the one that says CHOME, don't know if removing it will cause you any problems.

Like smiznith said, you can find them in calkulins kitchen. You cannot get the phone keypad directly from the OEM, what I did was this.

Added the OEM from Calkulins kitchen and the phonekeypad.cab from savage to the kitchen and ran the cab during customization. Seem to work find, but you will not get the full qwerty after doing this.

There is no manila files in the sys, them are all in the OEM, they have "Manila" in the title so you know which one has them.

my latest attempt was to try running the keypad during customization.
under the OEM sprint carrier.. if i add the phonekeypad.cab there and change the line from the jbawireless to CAB: \Windows\Savage25rcracer_TD2_PH_KBD_NA_v4.5.cab
that should work right?

also, i've tried the sprint clock OEM from 2 different sources.. groove's and another.. nothing has worked.

where can i find the location of all your backgrounds and what not. i saw a few in some directories under the sys folder and also the Mystery's Wallpaper in the sprint carrier OEM. i tried putting my own background in the sprint carrier OEM and i changed the line to point to that background, but i havent had any luck.. flash the rom and everything appears to be fine, but once it restarts it just stays black..
i'm trying to narrow it down as to what i'm doing wrong. it's only when i mess with the sprint carrier OEM.

any pointers you can give i'd appreciate it. thanks.
