Well I just saw that this was stickied. So I will be making one over at the tp forum also. I will be updating both shortly. Most stuff can go back and forth so it won't be too much of an issue to keep them both going. I quit cooking so that has freed up some time for other projects.

I think this thread will get a lot more traffic now that its stickied, common sense I know! I always try to start getting a list of useful reg edits together but always fail miserably, anyone see anything like that laying around here? that would be useful to include

Edit: ok i found out what rom/radio version 4 the shipped rom download on (post 1). rom:2.00.651.6/radio:1.11.00f. so yes thats an update compared 2 my girls rom:1.09.651.5/radio:1.00.00f. so i will upgrade w/ this rom (mainly 4 the radio) but i still would like 2 know if there is a generic htc diamond rom (w/out the sprint customs) and (w/out unlocking/flashing custom rom) yes i like and know that custom roms are bigger bang 4 your buck but she is not in2 the phone like i'm w/ my vogue. so i want 2 keep it stock but w/ more availible storage memory than you get w/ sprint shipped rom. i heard people saying soft reset before customs run? sum say it dont work? thanks agian 4 any help any1 can give besides search, been there done that, maybe i'm not searching w/ the right words/phrases.Edit

ok so i'm not new 2 this site, but new to diamond knowledge. i have a vogue but my girl has a diamond. an the lack of storage memory has got me trying 2 search 4 a fix, updated stock romedit(found), updated radioedit(found), etc.
her diamond rom is: 1.09.651.5
her radio is 1.00.00f
i tried going on2 htc site to get the updated rom but when i enter s/n it wont let me download. so i found this thread, seen the stock rom w/ radio, what is the rom version and radio version?edit(found) then i seen the just os stock sprint, what is this?
is there a generic stock rom w/out sprint customs as its the reason for the lack of storage memory? what is the most recent/best radio version 4 sprint? what is the most recent/best rom version (sprint/generic)?

how can i make my girls diamond better (memory)? i know about custom roms but its not my phone, and i want 2 keep it stock 4 her (keep is locked). i have searched but the diamond is new 2 me and i just want 2 have a starting point, a starting rom/radio 2 go off of.

:scratch:Not sure if this is the correct forum for this, if not my apology in advance. Ok, first off I'm a newbie to these new fangled touch screen pocket pc mobile thingamajigs. I would like to get rid of the sprint tv and music buttons. I did turn off the 3DFlo so I can have what programs I use most on the start screen. I do like the look of the Flo though. Now that that is out of the way here's my questions. Where do I start? What do I do? How do I do it?
