yes, with this cab and the latest version of google maps you can click on the pinpoint button for a picture in footprints and it will open google maps with that location, then you can get directions based on your current location with gps.

HTC Footprints, an application experience that enables people to permanently chronicle their special moments by capturing a digital postcard on their phone. Once captured, Footprints provides the ability to take notes and an audio clip of that favourite restaurant or special place while identifying its specific geographical location. In addition to identifying each postcard with its specific GPS co-ordinates, Footprints also auto-names each postcard with its general location or area.
Flipping back through their photos, HTC Touch Cruise users will be able to retrace their steps to that exact location in just a few touches. Unlike other devices with geo-tagging functionality, HTC Footprints works effectively outdoors and indoors, offering a more accurate record of location for future reference and navigation.

Thanks, I guess when I did my google OEM, I missed a registry entry to allow that little pin to show up, re-installed and now it works fine!

Correct me if i'm wrong but if we could get this working in tf3d as a tab, wouldnt it show that you can make custom tabs for whatever you'd like.....well probably a little more complicated. but being able to add tabs is a step forward if it happens....

There are some great tabs in the bell ui that would be awesome to have on manilla

you CAN create tabs and custom pages and all sorts of stuff for manilla. its just a b****. I cant remember where but somewhere on this forum was a guide about how to edit manilla files to do such things.

ok so i installed to main phone memory only to have .3-.4MB empty. uninstalled program with intentions of installing on storage memory. tried to install and kept getting an error message during the installation process and would revert back to the select installation location. went into uninstall programs and the program is not listed but it never uninstalled itself because now i only have 2MB space on my phone. im running juicy 4.4. any ideas?
