I beleive there's a registry setting that can be accessed either directly or through Advanced Config. I'll have to double-check tonight and get back to. It maybe later on in the evening, so don't wait up for me!

I've noticed that today, too. My overnight consumption was good, but now that I'm using it, I'm seeing depletion rates on the order of 170 mAh, and that's at idle. Also, this doesnt seem as snappy as 21109. Overall, I think this is a step back, so far.
