Problems flashing to new sprint rom
 

ok here's the problem i downloaded a rom and installed it on my phone and i have been trying for 3days straight to flash to the new sprint rom but everytime i run the bootuploader it says its installed but when i check my phone it shows the rom i had before any ideas?

Make sure your unlocked.

Make sure you back up all the information you need from your phone and run this. It will unlock your phone. After this is done proceed to flash the ROM you want.

If I were you I would make sure the stock ROM downloaded completely or the file is not corrupt. Also make sure that the Activesync connection on your computer is working.

o i should have the stock sprint rom downloaded before i flash to the updated version
