Hi all!

Sorry for disturb!

This rom is just for CDMA devices, or OEM packages can be used to cook GSM roms?

Good question....
Probably can be used in GSM, with some tweaking....

I do know that the Slide 2 Answer was intially gathered from a GSM rom, tweaked for our CDMA devices. I would think that some tweaking could make things go the other way.

I am sure someone will be able to answer this more so than me.

Well crap!!!! I have set the wake on new sms in diamond tweak to off and made sure the registry settings were showing this, and mine still wakes up when I get either. I hate it. I also hate the fact that it wakes up anytime it jumps in and out of service. I wish they would get that fixed as well. Where I work, it is always jumping in and out of roam.

A new Picturemail.cab file was available for download after flashing this test ROM. I attached it on this post. When trying to install, it detects an older version. Asks to uninstall previous, so I say YES. Then it can not remove older Picturemail version. Then asks if I want to continue installing the newer version. I decided to say NO.
Anyone come across this problem?

The older version cant be removed.

Anyone have any suggestions, thoughts, or comments?

Anyone have just the battery drivers? I heard the battery drivers in 2.0 are vastly improved?
I actually have the oemized version of the rom downloaded, if anyone can just tell me what they are.

I know I had this issue with Sprint TV a couple times. I just always said yes anyway and let it install. I never came across any issues by doing it. Not sure why it does it though. Maybe someone will chime in and answer.

So it must be a problem with the original stock ROM as well, because its happening with SprintTV and PictureMail.
I guess I will use one of the Custom ROMs. I'm gonna stick with MIGHTY! Nice and stable!

GO MIGHTY!!!!!=D>

I'm still a n00b (and will always be I'm sure lol), but know for certain that most ROM's won't work on CDMA if they were built for GSM, and vice versa, and I believe that some people have bricked their phones trying that, so proceed with caution. I imagine with enough tweaking though, you could get something accomplished.

I have had it happen with the stock ROM and custom Roms. Not sure why but I never saw any bad things happen when clicking yes. Maybe it is in use somewhere and that is why it won't remove the old one. Anyone have a better answer??

That Picturemail cab has been on powerdeck for quite awhile now. I seriously doubt the leaked rom has an older version. If anything, it's newer.
