Item that pops up when you tap volume or signal bar
 

I cannot think of the name of it or where to find it. It is the screen that pops up when you tap on the signal meter, speaker, or EVDO icon. The kitchen I am using doesn't have it and for the life of me I can't think of what it is called. thanks

Does it have the bigger icons and you choose which one you want to go to?

That would make sense why it isn't in there. I got rid of it thinking it was something else. Thanks.
