I use Vista 64 with zero issues, Do you have the 3.5 framework installed??

Yes I have it installed.. I'm in a bad situation now, my phone will no longer turn on. It wont get p***** Bootloader because it's a bad ROM install.. I tried everything. Hard Reset, Bootloader to USB.. MicroSD boot.. It wont work at all =(*

I'm also on Vista64 with no problems using any of the tools to cook or flash.

you may want to try another RUU in case the one you are using is corrupted. Just download another RUU
