Re: [12-07-08] Juicy ROM 4.0 [SYS OS 5.2.20764 Build 20764.1.4.3] [UC]

Minor thing I noticed is when I push the side volume keys, the Ring section pops up 9/10 times rather than System. So at times, rather than changing all the sounds except the ringing, I mute the ringing instead.

Other than that, I'm lovin' it.

Re: [12-07-08] Juicy ROM 4.0 [SYS OS 5.2.20764 Build 20764.1.4.3] [UC]

Thank you for the great ROM.
This is my first try in flashing custom ROM...in fact, first time leaving stock form...

I just wonder, anyone able to go use finger gesture in HTC photo album? I couldn't get mine to change photo. I'm on Juicy's 4.0 right now.

Kinda confused me a bit when I saw that the ROM is 3.10 in device info. But then, I'm sure that's because this build is exactly 3.10.

I know this is a "minor" issue, but can anybody confirm that the wiper shows on the weather app???? Its been missing on my phone since 3.7 if I'm not mistaken.

Thank you

Does anyone know regedits that can be made to improve streaming video performance? I'm posting here because I'm using Juicy 4.0.

Juicy, any idea why Ram usage is so high now....it's been like that 3.7. Never below 40% now 3.4 would always be around 32%? Just wondering

Re: [12-07-08] Juicy ROM 4.0 [SYS OS 5.2.20764 Build 20764.1.4.3] [UC]

Just wondering if anyone has noticed more of a battery drain with this release. My phone was on for 8 hours, only checking email every 30min and no phone calls or web surfing. By the end of the 8 hours it was dead. This has never happened in previous releases.

Any ideas?

I was just about to post the complete opposite about my findings with the battery...

I'm finally able to use my push mail all day with little drain at all. I've been on full charge since 8am this morning. I've got one email account checking every 30 mins and my push mail on. I'm currently sitting at 80%.

Mind you, this is without hardly any talk time, and about 10 mins of web use, and had my gps on while I was in the timmies drive though for 10 mins.......

Not bad in my opinion!

I am going to keep an eye on it. The phone has never drained that fast before unless there was talk involved.

Is there any way to make it force roam?

I was doing the wrong reg edit. Got it from this post http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=38385
