Error 232 please help
 

I have been trying to flash my phone with a new rom and everytime i run the ruu it goes to an tricolor screen saying that its unlocked then it switchs to the grey screen and sits at 0% tell it gets the error 232. I then just pop the battery out and it boots up like normal.

You need to run the unlocker again.

the only way i can run the unlocker is drag it to the phone and run it off the phone... when i run the unlocker via .exe it errors out gives me error 202

Do a hard reset, make sure .net 3.5 is installed (on your pc) and then try again.
