Hard reset would be best.

Press the power, volume down, OK button at the same time, and tap the reset button with the 3rd arm you have to grow to hard reset it. Keep all 3 buttons held down till the screen turns white, and release.

Did you try to flash a ROM without unlocking the phone first?
