where on the phone is the 4gb memory storage folder?
 

i cant find a folder called internal storage , and the my documents folder doesnt seem to be it. do i have to set it up ?

Go Start/Programs/File Explorer...it should say 'My Device' on top...if not click the up button in the bottom left corner...you will then see a folder with a black looking sd card...it will be labeled Internal storage.

cant see it! when i go to settings , memory, and click storage card tab, it says not installed.

i was able to reformat the storage ( i had to go to dos prompt to do it b/c for some reason my comp (win xp) kept freezing when tried to open my computer)

problem now is, i still cant find that internal storage folder which has the memory card icon.. nayone ?

i had the same problem but it was only when connected to my compueter through usb
