Battery Idicator Not Working: PPCKitchen 20755 Build

I built a ROM I'm very happy with but there's one problem.
The battery indicator doesn't not work. It stays stuck wherever it is on start up.

I haven't seen, I searched, Is there a way to install 5% battery after cooking?
Or even a way just to fix a stuck indicator?

I tried building with 5%, 1% and without and none are working ):
I have the strangest problems \=

You know there's a whole thread devoted to the PPCKitchen, right?

Yes. There's also a whole site.
Sometimes problems can be general to all builds so I figured I'd ask here.

-edit- I found a thread that suggested Skinny bars and 5% doesn't play well together. If so that could be the problem
