Re: Touch PRO Landscape Mode Shortcut Buttons

i wasn't able to successfully OEM'ize flip it, got the Manila_landscape to work though...

gotta love not having to wait for it to install, did this w/the manila HD also w/o issue. not sure why flip it is being difficult.

Tobey is working on adding all this to the Kitchen, Flip_IT and adding the necessary files for landscape to work in Manila. Just gotta wait till its done, should be soon enough.

Re: Touch PRO Landscape Mode Shortcut Buttons

sweet, i managed to get alot of the manilaHD images and tabs copied over into the manilaLandscape. along w/the grey highlights. 2 files i wasn't able to copy over:

1e8c4d7d_manila
6582c9b1_manila

weather isn't displaying (wasn't w/just manila landscape anyway)
and there's a few more minor issues...

* just found out those 2 files are the "GPOS Headers" TTF.

Re: Touch PRO Landscape Mode Shortcut Buttons

Ok, to all you guys who have been cooking in the Manila Landscape and using FlipIT. Who has noticed issues when entering landscape mode and starting/exiting Opera. Using 2745, 2808 or 2392 when you tap on the Bookmarks shortcut it will start the bookmarks folder within opera but flip it upside down. If you start Opera by taping the web search shortcut opera starts in landscape just fine until you try to exit it, it flips the manila landscape updside down.

Anyone else notice this or found a fix or an Opera version that isn't causing this?

Re: Touch PRO Landscape Mode Shortcut Buttons

Just install FlipIT and try it out, it doesn't take more than 2 minutes to d/l transfer, install and flip to see if it works

Re: Touch PRO Landscape Mode Shortcut Buttons

Am I doing something wrong? I installed FlipIt, followed the instructions and Enabed GSensor.
But physically rotating my phone has no effect.
Am I missing something obvious?

Re: Touch PRO Landscape Mode Shortcut Buttons

Starting with the obvious. Did you soft reset and/or setup your allowed angles either globally or at the app level?

Yeah, I installed to the device, did a soft reset, then selected all 4 options (just to see if I can get anything to work). I even did another soft reset. But none of the applications react when I rotate the phone. How do you use the Application?
Say, for arguments sake, I want to set up Tom Tom Navigator to only rotate 270 degrees when the phone's rotated. What do I type in under "Class Name or Window Text"?
Is there a help me file anywhere for this program?
