Which of the three included SYS is the most stable? 21055, 21869 or 23071?
Im building a 6.5 SPB ROM.

No question ... 21055 is the most stable, however it's a 6.1 build.

So 21055 wont work with a 6.5 ROM?

No, you can't use the 21055 System to make a 6.5 Rom. It's a 6.1 System. There are some really good tutorials in the forums about how to use VK so just look araound and check them out. It's pretty easy once you get over the initial shock of it all.

Cool, I hadnt seen any tutorials.
I been running the one I built this morning without any major problems at all.
It has hung on the Text message screen a few times now tho.
but overall very stable,
I just thought there might be other SYS to try but Im assuming
21055 is 6.1
21869 is 6.5
23071 is 6.5.1

is this correct?

Yep you got it... There's also a link in the second post to all the old SYS packages if you want to take a look at the older ones, and the latest COM5 SYS (23502) is attached to a post in this thread a few pages back if you want it.

That's correct. You might install arcsoft to use as your messaging client ... appears that it's working for some.

Im using Arcsoft but Im Alltel so I use a different version.
It just seems to freeze right after sending a SMS sometimes, but not alot.
Its only done it 5 or 6 times today.
