Hi, just got my Telus Diamond yesterday and I need an educated opinion

Right now this thing is too slow to use as a business device. It's being used 80% of the time for work. I know that the roms that have been worked on here improve it a LOT. (thanks for all the effort!)

I'm not a hobbyist in the sense that I want to upgrade roms once a week, so right now which is the most stable, fastest one available that I can live with for at least 6 months? (or should I be waiting) Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
