I'm not getting any sound or vibration when I receive a text or email? I did a hard reset after flash.

Start> Settings> Sounds & Notifications> Notifications Tab. Then select the event you want to change your sound, light and vibrate settings for.

What happened to MMS in the messaging menu. Ever since I flashed to 3.5 I can't send or receive picture text messages so I had to go back to the stock Alltel ROM. Is this normal or did something install incorrectly? I've tried hard resetting with juicy and several soft resets to no avail. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated...

I have all those set, and nothing. I dont even get the lights on the hard keys to light up. Maybe I will re-flash.

Try resetting your phone using the 4 button method...

Juicy can you add BCR Worldcard to your ROM? I like this program and even though I love your ROM the most, I've been trying Juggalo ROM because his have this feature.
