Thanks. I'll give it a try. If it doesn't work, I can always just uninstalled.

Re: | February 10th, 2009 | . | M i g h t y R O M 4.4.5 | . | BLACKOUT | . | 20764-UC

I'm using 4.4.5, pretty much everything is great so far. Very happy with the rom.

One minor issue:

In Internet Explorer, while using the compact keyboard or phone keypad and in ABC mode (not T9 mode) letters typed in will not show up in text boxes on websites. For example, the search box on google.com.

I've noticed this in previous versions of the ROM too. T9 works fine, full keyboard works fine, Opera works fine, the address bar in IE works fine, it's just that particular combination of web site text entry fields on IE, ABC text mode, and compact keyboard/phone keypad has problems.

Earlier, I reported sluggish behavior after waking the phone to change volume. Now I'm also noticing sluggish behavior for no apparent reason. Nothing installed but 4.4.5 and the task/icon sets that were posted a couple days ago (fancy icons). But under 4.4.4 I did not experience the sluggishness. Suggestions?
