sprint will not know you are doing this unless you exceed 5gb/mo consistently. then they may send you a letter but that's about it. I wouldn't be to concerned, honestly if you have time to to download that much on a 3g phone, I'm impressed:)

by the way, funny story about Sprint. my data on Sunday went from consistent 3g speeds to 100kbs. I called them and they were shocked that I knew, then the guy proceeds to ask me how I would know this and if I was tethering to get the speed test results. He said they haven't had a complaint in 3 years which to me isn't relevant... Needless to say, I told him that there are mobile tests out there](*,) and I bet one of the towers is not working but he was convinced it was my phone. Well after reprovisioning me on the system failed and his attempt to convince me to hard reset failed:evil4:, he finally he decided to check the towers through his system at my request and whattaknow, one of them was showing 0 data output which he said was strange...I called again this morning since it was still slow and the tech support rep told me that they had someone out a the towers in my location working on phone/text messaging issues. ok I starting to bore myself with this story, long and short of it, he called out there and they realized data was not functioning on the tower. Data fixed.

Morale of the story is, call and complain and stuff will get fixed. I remember somebody saying after they flashed mighty 4.8 that there data was really slow, but it's the carrier, not the rom more often than not.

I have two people running MightyROM 4.8 that i personally know.

They keep both there phones in stock form. Literally, install Rico's theme's, personalizer, one or two games, and that's it.

No ring tone problems to complain about since Saturday. No soft resets to deter the problem as well.

Still looking into it for you guys.

One is using 4.9 one is using 4.8

The one using 4.8 has been running it since the 25th without any ringtone issues what so ever.

So yeah. I'm at a loss here.

Mine was pretty much stock...I have the yellow theme, added one game and MS live search. The major change I did was I changed radio roms twice.
Do you think that could be the problem?

just notice I have missed calls. came over here to see if anyone else mentioned this and sure enough Im not alone. Just had my friend call me with my phone sitting in front of me and the screen came on, gave me the option to accept or decline the call but NO RING! Just send me a text and there was sound for that. but no sound for an incoming call.
