Replacing roms on diamond

Hey there people I am new to the diamond and replacing roms I was wondering if someone would be so kind as to tell me how or if I can back up my factory rom. And also will updating the rom void warrenty.. That is the reason I ask about backing up orginal rom? I am very interested in trying juicys's rom 2.0 for telus. And as soon as I get the info I will be all over it. I have been reading and cant seem to find out how to back it up. also I have been reading issues with 2.0 should I wait for 2.1? Thank you

ps I have the P3051 Diamond from telus..

OK I found out how to do it but what I would still like to know is if there is a way to put it back to factory if the phone needs to go in for service or anything?????

Read the How To Flash tutorial on the main page. It has the stock ROMs as well as the relocker.
