SSH input not working on Juicy's 1.08
 

Hi,

I'm using Pragma VT and PocketPutty (modified version for different port) to SSH.

However, once in via SSH, I don't seem to be able to type anything on to the prompt. Nothing at all. Type all I want, I don't see it on the window. I hit enter thinking maybe it is invisible, and nothing either.

Any help would be appreciated.

Dumb question, but are you sure this works with the stock ROM?

Devil, I too had input problems (entering serials and whatnot) with ROMS around this time. Why are you running a several week old ROM when so much as changed since then?

All of my issues went away when switching to the new 2.x series of ROMS, and the new 2.4.1 is basically perfect.

PocketPuTTY works fine for me. I'm using Juicy's 2.41 ROM.

Well, looks like I'll be upgrading over to 2.4.1 this weekend. I am currently running MSR1.1, and earlier ran Juicy 1.08.

Used 1.08 because I wanted stability, primarily with the phone answering and hanging up, contacts, etc. 1.08 provided that.

MSR 1.1 provided all that WITH good battery power.

However, both the ROMs failed at the SSH input.
So, let's see how 2.4.1 will fare.
