There will be a ROM version of this coming in, I guess stripped down version without the Kitchen and cooking ingredients built-in.

.NETCF 3.5 that is included with 1.04 is slow ie try Diamond Hologram. Fix included with next release or pm me if you need it sooner. Also, 1.04 rom is uploading now

So ghetto, is this like a ROM without kitchen essentials? Or does it have unwanted stuff in the ROM good for cooking?

Because in my head, Kitchen is a base ROM with extras so you can cook your own.
ROM is basically.. well a ROM.

So your ROM is not a Kitchen, but your Kitchen is a ROM, correct? Because I want the first part :D

This thread is a full Kitchen, with almost all the files we have, and most of the latest version, so that you can build your own ROM.

The difference is this Kitchen is now composed of three parts, the Base, the OEM and the SYS.

All three are needed for anything to work, but the idea is that we can now update one at a time, making things faster.

Kitchen: A complilation of programs that deconstruct, allow customization, and reconstruct a ROM.
ROM: Technically Read Only Memory, this is essentially the software on your phone that can be customized through a Kitchen and then Flashed onto your phone.
Cooking: The process of using a Kitchen to customize a ROM.


This is a Kitchen used to cook ROMs, you choose the options you want in your ROM and you cook it with these tools.
The other thread has a ROM built from this kitchen (just like you can do yourself).
