Just loaded the Rom and it seems great! One thing that happens is in TouchFlo on the internet tab, when I scroll through my book marks down it's fine but when I scroll up my phone freezes. Any ideas on this? Besides that it's amazing how much faster and better the GPS is!!

Edit: It doesn't seem to happen if Opera is running.

ok sorry to post such a noobish question, but i need to know because once your rom is done uploading, i am going to flash my device.

if i personally don't like the rom, and i hard reset my phone (vol down, dpad, bla bla bla)

will that restore the original telus rom?

I'm pretty sure that a Hard Reset will only take you back to a clean version of the same ROM. You'd have to find an original ROM and flash back to that.

that's right, you would have to re-flash the stock rom to get it back to the Telus stock one.

ok and just to clarify... the telus_stock.rar file in the forums is the COMPLETE stock rom? no errors or anything that someone has found? i dont wanna flash back and be like :|

Quick question, In V103 you remove SQM and Enterprise. What exactly are they?
Gonna unlock & flash soon and not sure whether to go with 02 or wait for 03.
Any word on a kitchen? Noticed one on an ftp site... }; )

You should be ok with the archived ROM.... and don't worry my ROMs are not a far stretch from the telus one. I'm striving to keep it as stock as possible while removing bloatware, and adding USEFUL enhancements/tools/tweaks

I am rebuilding, and reuploading AGAIN. I don't want to cripple those with Enterpise E-Mail accounts.

I've had some problems with V103, but I believe they are all ironed out now. The ROM will be up within the next 30mins. I'm just waiting on MegaUpload.

I suggest you wait.

GhettoFreerydr/TobeyChris have built the Kitchen. The three of us stay in close contact and use some of the same tools/base.

I will stick to ROMs exculsively, but feel free to make a request on what you would like to see added/changed.

Will do. Thanks for making the changes. Run my own exchange server from home and absolutely must be able to sync. That box centralizes all my email accounts, Client data, and schedule. Would be lost without access to it! Will DL 03, but probably won't flash till the weekend. At the rate you are going, I'll be using 05 or 06 when I do... hehehe...

I will be taking a much deserved break after 03

Can everyone please report back on any bugs with 03, also let me know if you want any changes made. I will compile a wish list.

UPDATE: Yet another problem with the G-Sensor :( . This will be my last attempt to fix the problem. expect the ROM up at 10:15 with or without the sensor calibration...

Yes. I dont know about you, but when laying my diamond on a flat surface, the ball in teeter would always move. Now you can actually re-calibrate your sensor levels.

As a side note, you can also calibrate while you are in teeter. just tap the screen and a new option icon will be there... tap that and you can recalibrate and return to your game :)

Thanks. The Transcriber is broken for some unknown reason, that i am way too tired to look into now.

You should notice an over-all speed improvement over 1.02 though.

Hello there!

I have been following your progress in the last few days and I am very impressed by what you can achieve by unlocking and flashing a new ROM.

I still haven't unlocked my diamond because of an activesync bug but I will try from work . A question first: are your ROMs incrementals or can you just flash the latest version and benefit of all the previous ROM version enhancements?

You can flash the latest.

If your activesync doesnt work just put the device into bootloader mode (hold power + vol down + reset) once in the tricolor screen, run the unlocker.... repeat and load the latest ROM.

No I was a little confused as well. Pres and hold the Talk button. when the voice command chimes in say: what is the battery level

You can also install no2chem's power control panel. It will sit alongside the Power control panel, and offers the 1% levels, as well as a number of other options. But it doesn't have some of the options the Diamond one does, like "Auto Adjust brightness".
