I have tried to unlock my sprint Diamond but have been unsuccessful.
What am I missing???
PC running .net 3.5.
I connect my active sync, run program it goes out and finds the phones.
Gives me current information Image Version 1.09.651.5, I click on update.
It says it will updtae from 1.09.651.5 to Image 1.57 Diamond.
Click next 2x and I get one of two errors.
I get a 260 error? say it can nto communicate with the phone or a 246 Device not responding.
What am I missing??
Please help!

Ok I fixed the problem!
It had no room in the memory.
I clean it out and started with a "clean" unit.
Went perfect!
nowfor the real fun.

Ok my problem is the following. I relocked the Sprint Diamond using the file on post #48. Now Im trying to unlock it and it won't unlock. I know how to unlock it and have followed the steps, I've cleared the memory of the phone, basically nothing has worked for me. Any ideas?

1. Why'd you relock if you were just going to unlock again?
2. There's nothing wrong with it, I've unlocked at relocked and have had no issues.

I can't see the upgraded Radio version in the Device Information screen. I only see Radio Version: 1.00.00F. Am I supposed to see the upgraded version instead? I unlocked my Diamond from Sprint and installed Juice 2.5 ROM without any problem, then I unlocked it with HardSLP, I installed the radio 1.00.25.05 and everything went smooth. The only problem is that I can't see the upgraded version in the Device Information screen. What is the problem? Can someone help me? Thanks

OMFG What did you do.

There is no CDMA radio to flash... just be lucky your phone turns on.

Oh, and if it still works properly, don't try that again.
