Not to beat a dead horse - but I have a Verizon Diamond. I used this package to unlock it in September 09 and it worked perfectly. I recently got my phone swapped out for a refurbished one by verizon when my screen broke. Now I am also getting the 244 Invalid Model ID.

Can someone explain this? Did the verizon Diamond used to be the same version as the other carriers and now its different?

Yes u can us the 57 version go to beginning of this thread and read first post twice carefully everything should be clear enough its safe and will work as long as ur device is Verizon like u claim

This Update Ultility cannot be used for you PDA phone. Please check your Update Ultility.
Can you make a video to show how to Hard-SPL my Verizon CDMA?

I currently don't have a diamond so it wouldn't really help even if I made a video

it really sucks that cmonex never goes back when updates for the SPL are released and sees if anything has been changed/fixed... I know on my TP2 there the HSPL i got from someone else helps LOADS with the SOD issue...

too bad...
