Sell SERO plan without loosing number?

Anyone know if is possible to give up your SERO plan without loosing your number? I have a few SERO plans that I want to give away but without loosing the phone number thats attached to them.

1. Port out number
2. Wait for final bill
3. After getting final bill, call CS, and request to reestablish service, but you want a new number
4. Sell your acct.
