Sprint Anytime AnyMobile not added automatically

Just in case some of you thought as I did..... I logged into my sprint account just to check on things then I noticed my family share minutes were way over. I called cs and the rep said... "Anytime anymobile is not automatic, you had to call in to have it added to your account." I almost dropped the phone. I told her the ads and the premier cust email said "do nothing to have it added" She said, "No, your plan just mean you are qualified for it" Anyways it will start my next billing cycle. I told her the reason our minutes went over was because we thought Anytime Anymobile was active. She added courtesy minutes to each line so we will not have to pay the 1.60 per overage miniute. Maybe I just thought wrong, however figured id post this in case someone else may have the same situation.

Typical of Sprint :(
If a customer's plan is eligible for the add on at no cost as this one is.....................just add it on Sprint.
Or make it known in LARGE PRINT that the customer has to call to have it added.

EDIT:

I just checked. Take a look at this >

http://anymobile.sprint.com/

It is supposed to be added on AUTOMATICALLY ON THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING, as per Sprint's Ad.

That's what I thought as well. I did log in and check to see that it was already there w/o me doing anything. Jumped into a Web Chat w/ Sprint CS just to have them verify.

The rep said she didnt know why it wasnt added to my account and I have everything data 1500. But she fixed it. If I didnt push further she would have ended the call. I told her to look at thier ads and it said to do nothing and that it would be added next billing cycle. Thats when she spoke to a supervisor then gave me the courtesy minutes since it was their fault. I learned that I can push further with the reps through this forum. There was a time I would have let them off the phone. lol

I also called *2, just to check if I had any mobile, since it came out sept9 I think and my cycle starts on the 11th...it was not added auto on my current cycle. So I told her to please add any mobile to my plan so that the next cycle it will be on. I also stated that I had the everything data and it was suppose to be auto and with nothing done and that did not happen.

She took care of me and had no problems adding it on my plan.

Everyone here please do call and make sure it is added so that your next cycle it will kick in just to be safe. 8)
