Getting a Verizon TP2 out of a TP
 

Im on my 5 the verizon Touch Pro. Last time, for 3 days they could not locate one for me and was trying to force a brand new Touch Diamond which i did not take. They finally found a brand new Touch Pro for me 4 days later and shipped it. A rep. told me that they would have given me something of equal value of greater if there was such a thing at the time. Whats the chances of me getting a Touch Pro 2 this time around? I have spent endless amount of money on verizon phones and it would be nice to get over on them for once. Any ideas or anyone that this has worked for?

depends
if you received the phone within 30 days of the new release, you can ideally switch out for the "cheaper" buy
looking at the vzw site, the touch pro is more expensive than touch pro 2 surprisingly!!!
So...
if its been 30 days since you got your new device, you can get touch pro 2 but you may have to pay a reshelving fee

Well i am on my 5th one which was sent brand new the last week in july..... What are my options?

Well i am actually calling for my 6th.... Battery lasts maybe 2 hours, i drop calls, the keyboard goes nuts. if i get a fresh out of the box one does this 30 day thing apply?

No. Thats just a fresh device. Usually you need to return 3 devices before they cave and give you a new device all together. Or they run out of TPs
