Question about insurance trades
For those with experience with dealing with Asurion, are there any known problems with getting an insurance replacement, trading/selling it for a new phone activating the new one instead of the insurance replacement then sending the defective one back to Asurion anyway? I would've thought no but I think I saw an extra sticker on my box and I was wondering if Asurion was waiting for that specific phone to be activated on my account.
Thanks in advance. |

Re: Question about insurance trades
I would think they would check the serial numbers when you sent it in right? Just from experience, I used to work there. We always checked the numbers when swapping phones.
