Through e-chat.....you can either cut/paste what they send you, but at the end of your session they will also email you the conversation to your email address provided on your account for your records.

Well it worked. Got this yesterday:

Dear Blah Blah,

Congratulations!

This email confirms you will begin receiving 27% discount on your monthyrecurring charges through Citigroup.

It will take one to two billing cycles for the discounts to appear onyour invoice. You will be able to view this discount on your bill underthe heading "Service Discounts/Charges" with the description "EmployeeDiscount Sprint/Nextel."

Please note that this discount applies to all of your monthly chargesexcept Total Equipment Protection of $7.00.

Thank you for choosing Sprint!

Sincerely,
Nikon P.

i already have a 13% one from a job i havent worked at in a yr, wonder if it will just overwrite it, or if theyll post the discount to the phone number... thatd be cool, since i have a shared plan, thats where the bulk of charges are anyways...

The discount will apply to your account minus TEP if you have it.

I was wondering does this take away the ability to bill to your account.. for example if i order a phone and just want it billed to my account as opposed to paying cash flat out.. in the past when i had a discount it would not allow me to bill to account till i dropped the discount. i have a corporate account if that matters???

No it shouldn't matter. You are not getting put on the company's monthly cell bill, you're only getting a discount they arranged with Sprint. The only thing that changes (at least in my case) was the due date. Everything else stays the same.

took 2 days, well atleast i waited 2days to check it....and no, it comes to the "@post.com" email add that you made for this...

-some of these people here did it through e-chat and got it done in just a few minutes....all of us were told though that it might be upto 2 biling cycles for the discount to reflect......

This gives me a small amount of concern.

Why would something like this require two billing cycles? Is it possible that in that timeframe they may be doing some sort of validation?
