Rumours: What's in Telus' near future?
 

Hey all,

I've been seeing lots of rumours about the Snap and TP2, (even the Hero) coming to Sprint and other U.S. Carriers, but no leaks in the great white North!

Has anybody heard any news at all about the Telus 2009 lineup for WinMo? I know we were the first in North America to get the Diamond.... doesn't look too good this year!! Here's hoping snapdragon comes our way soon!!

Please help out a curious Canuck!

our activations screen has just got the place for sim card and imei info. so i assume that what ever is coming it will be soon and gsm

not sure about telus's handset linup but
telus/bells future is hsdpa and people already see towers going up with codes for bell and telus and some cities like montreal already have near 100% coverage
according to a press release a few months back the rollout will be "complete" by the 2010 olympics(because they want to cash in on all those roaming charges) not sure how complete complete is but we will see

7 mentions that it will support hsdpa+ release 7(speeds upto 42 Mbit/s ) :)
