Sero F&f 500

Is it possible to add a line to SERO F&F 500? Also how do I make sure I can keep the $35/mo after my 2 years has run out?

to keep it going just do something to renew the contract... like if they ask about a 50- 100 $ discount to extend your contract DO IT

Well I had the mogul and got the tp through TEP but it didnt extend my contract. I see there is a $75 credit but how do I use it to extend my contract?

If your sole goal is to keep SERO, you don't need to do anything. Even when your contract expires, you can stay on month-to-month. However, don't expect handset upgrades or perks in the future.

Well I do plan on upgrading phones in the future so hopefully something cool will come out before 4/2010

Yes it is possible to add a line. You just need to find a Sprint rep who is willing to do it for you. And I think you misunderstood my statement. The chances of you being able to upgrade your phone in 2010 while on a SERO plan are pretty slim. They are already starting to lock down higher featured phones. It will only get worse in time. So plan on buying all your subsequent ones on ebay/craigslist.

i believe that on the sero 500 you cant add any lines to it as it is a single plan not a family plan, what i think you can do is find someone a rep that knows what there doing and ask them to mirror you plan. so that way you will be able to have two sero 500 plans. you will probably have to sign a new contract on the new mirrored line but i think its worth it.

I added a line to my SERO F&F 500 a few months back for a friend. After a month, I split it off into her name, so she had the same plan as I do.

Just call and ask for the SERO department, and they can clone the plan line for line.

FYI, I also upgraded phones and did an insurance replacement in the same time period, and none of those actions affected my SERO plan at all. Still have unlimited everything including text messaging. Just stay on top of it and make friends with the reps at the local store. They kept a close eye on my plan and made sure nothing changed.

So I found out radioshack has the HTC Touch for free if you add a line, tried to order on their website but wanted to charge an extra $30 for 6mos for data I already have on my account. I called sprint cust serv and the rep told me I can add a line but it would have to be an individual line (what does that mean? a seperate plan for that line?) and he said I need to go to a radioshack store to set it up. Anyone know how I can just add the line for $10 extra a month?
