The late fee has always been a percentage of your bill. I guess its time to look at the Terms and Conditions again.

I work at a service center in the Bay Area and the fact that you cant check your info online is actually normal, you will be able to see it again your next billing cycle. When you call into care try and do it in the morning and get the folks in OK, their turnover is much less than the TX call center and the chances of getting a good rep are MUCH higher.

On a side note, avoid that 8350. A high percentage have a nasty echo for the person you are talking to and their past 3 software updates that were supposed to fix the issue havent, and they dont have an estimated date for the next software patch to fix the issue. If you're set on it invest in a good wired headset as that is the only work around for the issue.

Ive worked in the OK Tulsa center for over 4 years now and have seen many faces come and go. But then again a good rep might only have been there for 6 months. Very few make it to a year.

thanks for the update. i still have a month to go so hopefully the bugs will be worked out by then. but if you don't mind, i'd like to drop you a pm and see if the bug is gone.

Yes there is NO fix for that particular phone....and when I have been ordering them through eticket it does send new Handsets.....maybe the later produced handsets will be fixed....I still think its a network issue though...it is nextel.

well, after talking to a nice lady yesterday, she saw the error and made the upgrade for me. hopefully i'll get a working 8350i!

DUde i am totally with you on this point, i love sprint service but getting some problems resolved is a nightmare, it's like random crap can screw up an otherwise blissful event. and if you have a little knowledge of how things work that helps sometimes but lately i find that it just gives me a massave headache when i sit and tell the rep that i have the MSID already and he insists upon going through the steps just to read me back what i stated previously that i had already lol.........freaking awesome!! :angry7: (totaly not awesome)

Dude are you serious??? man i gotta check that out i think that is wayyy too much, hell i only have a 5 dollar late fee if i pay my car note late so this realy sounds suspect. i'm gonna look into it.:protest:
