TP2 Upgrade Question

I have had my Touch Pro 2 since sometime last year upgraded from my 1st touch pro since that time i have been through about 6 tp2 and im a bit tired of having to get a refurbished tp2 i am due for an upgrade in Feb of 2012 but i am really interested in getting my hands on an epic 4g touch i guess my question is if i contact sprint CS and they see all the past issues i have had with my TP2 would they be able to waive the 3 mos that i would have to wait so i can get the 4g touch at a discounted price

Even without issues you can get a waver, some people got wavers of a whole year!
