@fixxxer2008 tmobile has surprisingly actually stepped it up alot in the last year which is why at&t wants them soo badly. I would go back to cricket if they had the right bands here in the Chicago area which they don't, otherwise I probably never would've went to sprint because I looked at that back in 09. someone in HoFo said that all the 3G networks in Chicagoland are suffering from network congestion issues except for t-mobile and cricket.

@austin420 I'm not fighting with anyone I'm just expressing my extreme discontent that I've been having with my sprint service.

here's my reply from dan@sprint.com:

Dear Eric ,

Thank you for contacting Dan@sprint.com.
I appreciate you taking the time to speak with me today. I apologize for
the difficulty you are having with your Sprint service. As discussed on
our call, I have escalated your network concerns to the network
engineering team for further review to determine what can be done to
resolve your concerns with the data speeds on your HTC Arrive device.
The turnaround time is normally 7 business days. I will follow up with
you on 11/01/11 after 3PM EDT (2PM CDT) with the status of your network
concerns.

During our interaction I also advised the current service agreement for
224-XXX-XXXX ends on 07/15/13. This is due to your corporate discount you
accepted on 07/16/11. Your request to have the early termination fee
waived due to your service concerns would be reviewed after I receive a
response from the network team with their findings.

If you have any questions, please contact me directly at 757-XXX-XXXX. I
am in the office this week Monday to Thursday from 9AM to 6PM EDT and
Friday from 9AM to 1PM EDT.

Thank you for contacting Sprint, we appreciate your business.

Sincerely,
Sprint

gotta love how the turnaround time is conveniently located close to when my next bill is due.

Ahh I see, thank you. Infighting shouldn't surprise you in a forum, it's as common as sarcasm or narcissism.

Re: My Advice for Sprint users

eric keep at it and i bet they will let you our of the contract. just tell them you cannot have a functional phone on their network and you need your phone for work.

also since you will be looking for a new phone for tmobile in addition to the HD7 i heard that the htc titan will be coming to the carrier.

Like I said, it wasn't always bad. But, when it did get bad it got worse quick. My main concern was losing my plan, all I remember was it was a good one. So, I tried to grin and bare it (like you guys). The service was overall good. It was the customer service that lost me when trying to resolve numerous overage charges on several different occasions (all errors on Sprint). While I was there, why not mention the dropped calls right?. And after talking to my Bengali brothers, I'm now paying a little more for a little less-but-better overall service with the good guys at Verizon. And you can stay with your $35 boost plan. Tried that too, because why not, it's cheap. You're a liar, that shit sucks and you hate it. They don't even know your name, your calls are always dropping, you got no web service. But, youre smarter than everybody becuase you pay less... idiot!
