It's like using your phone during peak afternoon hours.

T-mobile's 4g is fairly quick, kinda like 3.5g but I take that if it's consistent and holds signal.

Also, keep in mind they will give you 5gb for an extra 10/month as per my chat with the tmobile store a couple weeks ago. I believe this was the plan where you buy the phone outright so 10 bucks gives you 3gb more of high speed. Not too shabby. Still coverage is not as good as verizon or sprint in the burgh. Still waiting on Hesse's fireside chat in early October.

Re: TMobile Data speeds after Overages

im pulling between 90 and 175kbps down in my hometown right now on sprint 3G or lack thereof. seems that Sunday is the slowest day while Friday night and Saturday are the fastest. on those days im actually able to watch a YouTube video without buffering or listen to a song streaming on Zune it should also be noted that in my train commutes to school in Chicago my connection will occasionally drop to 1x and even that is faster than the 3G in my hometown.

That's the plan I've got...unlimited everything with 5gb high speed.
