I can get a 20% discount with Verizon from my employer, and it's still more expensive than Sprint(Without a Discount!)

Yes. My company gets 19% off monthly charges and 45% accessories. We have multiple iPhones and they are discounted. I also got my wife an iPhone when I switched her personal line from Sprint and we get 19% off as an employee and it works for her iPhone as well. And the discount applies to all services: talk, text, data, etc.

I heard you can't get a discount off data, only talk & text.

I have the same type of deal but, mine is @ 23% discount...

If you start at a new company, even as a temp, check with your email on vzw.com, You'd be shocked at some company discounts. They only check by an email (1 time) so you could get fired from the company and still get their discounts.

The discount I get on my account is for a company I have not worked for in 2 years....(but, I work in a company that gives a 22% discount now)

Verizon Wireless Discount

Get a 10% discount on recurring monthly charges from Verizon Wireless.

Discount available to new customers, add a line and upgrades with purchase of a Verizon device.

To get your discount:
Purchase your wireless device at Amazon Wireless or Wirefly.com using our links.
Send an email at verizon@studentrate.com with your first name, last name, last 4 digits of SSN#, cell phone number, daytime phone number, email address, zip code.
We will apply the 10% discount to your account.

I know a little about Amazon wireless and their policies, but I'm totally unfamiliar with Wirefly. Is Wirefly pretty much the same deal as Amazon wireless? Free 2 day shipping?

On top of this deal which is still going on, today for cyber monday you can get free activation on Verizon phones, plus they have 40+ free phones for upgrades, add a lines, and new customers. On top of that you can get free shipping and a free car charger with select phones. Pretty big deal.

omg im glad i live in the same city as sprint headquarters. im drenched in fast 3g and strong 4g, my bill is soooo much more rediculously cheaper than vzw for my 5 lines, and they cater to almost my every need via executive services.
i see why some people leave for tmo or verizon, but im so happy with sprint im like a pig in shit.
