The tethering police are coming (At&t), unroot your phones
The article applies to AT&T, but could Sprint be just around the corner with a similar policy enforcement?

I dont see this happening because Sprint is the only company not adopting tiered data. The tether police concept is weird because if they dont offer unlimited data anymore, I would love for the ignorant subscribers to abuse the data given that this topic has been known for a few months now.
I cancelled my Cingular contract once I knew that ATT was going to buy them. I knew this bs was going to happen |

It was Cingular which bought A&T; they kept the better known AT&T name. And, actually, it was the Baby Bell that owned Cingular that bought out AT&T. (SWB at the time...)

Doubt sprint would do this. actually they would be a fool to do that, i honestly believe that the customers that sprint is barely holding on to would leave if they enforced this. I know I would. actually i know I would. sprint has about one more foul with me.
