Its not stolen code..Oracle or should I said sun released that code under GPL..it is claiming google changed the licensing to Apache license which is effectively a violation of the GPL as its not compatible with the Apache licensing...

That said the code in question is not used in Android itself..aka its not physically on any Android device..but its used for something..don't remember what it was off the top of my head..(If Oracle proves it to be true)

That said its not stolen code as the code is open source..its a licensing violation...

If google looses..Oracle wants money for every Android device sold...its not going to effect anything for the consumer..

take a chill pill and chilax my friend. it's only for new activation and upgrade activation. if you don't upgrade or activate a new (new in terms of activating it on your line/account), you're safe from the fee. and if for some reason your current phone breaks and you receive a replacement for it, that wouldn't add the fee either.
