Re: Sprint... are you reading this?

I really have to rethink alot of things- carrier/updates as far as handsets/software, and ofcourse price. Man I feel like a fool for being with Sprint/CDMA. But its like Ive been down this road so long why move? There is no where else that would give me about $80 a month for service. Any suggestions? T'Mobile would be good, but where I live in Minnesota it has terrible coverage. At&t is only one but I do not know how much data cappinig would hurt me. I would like to compare my TP2 usage, but impossible as soon as I couldn't figure out how to use it and was just using it now to call because it frustrates me. Maybe 2Gigs are enough? thoughts?

You should be able to see your data usage if you log into your sprint account...

I checked it out and went with (average):
Anytime mins used: 107
Weekend/nights min used:55
Any Mobile anytime: 293
Texts average:1346
Web/Data average: 1591838 KB
But-
Raised over 4 months when I started using the phone more in April, June, July, August: 3030788 KB average... When I look at that spike even though I have not gone that high- except when in November:1532211 KB. This was with a non-rooted TP2. I don't even know what I would do with a data friendly phone. If I know I won't go near 2gig I would feel safer searching carriers

Re: Sprint... are you reading this?

i used to use 1 to 2 gigs on my tp2, but when i went to android, i easily doubled my usage with the same habits. there are just more things updating more often just because the device can handle it. if my weather and email were going at the same time on my old winmo phone, id be frozen for 3 minutes. with android, ,i just let it roll!
