Cox finally released their cell service in limited areas. The deals don't look that ground breaking honestly (at least compared to my alltel plan)

At this point, all we know is that Cox was building a mobile-phone network that uses Sprint's CDMA 3G network. It would do away with overage fees, vanishing minutes and other consumer outrages.
