Galaxy S Tablet at Sprint Tomorrow (11-14-10). Whos buying one?
I posted a poll to see how many people are going to buy the Galaxy S tablet. I think its good to see other manufacturers building tablets, but if they want to compete with the iPad, they need to get a bigger display IMHO.
I also think its cool to see both Sprint and VZW offering these. So, whos rushing out tomorrow to pick up theirs? |

It's nice, but I'm waiting for a larger one. |

Im with ya on that one. I am personally waiting on the rumored 10" model myself. If that thing becomes a reality, I would definately pick one up.

-------------------- One thing I do wish though is they be more reasonable with these data plans...or maybe make some kind of family data plan where you can get 2 cheaper then buying separately and 3 even more cheaper and etc...kinda like bundled...it would definitely promote sales :/ |

I would get it but its not worth $500. I can get a refurbished ipad for less than that. I will see how good the reviews are and if the games and apps run as smooth as the ipad. I know tab has camera and can install external memory but everytime I use ipad I'm amazed at how good it works.

Re: Galaxy S Tablet at Sprint Tomorrow (11-14-10). Whos buying one?
I'll be picking one up today after work. I would like a larger one (10") but I'll have to wait until that one hits Sprint. Until then I will check this one out and see how much I end up using it over my laptop for work stuff.
FWIW, I am the IT manager for my company and see a real possibility to replace some laptops in the field with these. So I am not paying for mine, nor am I paying for the monthly fees; instead I get a free ride. So this one will work for me now, until the larger one is available. |
